What costs are added to the plans?▾
Forwards plus postage, as well as unit prices for services beyond your included allowance.
Can I change my plan at any time?▾
Yes, upgrade anytime. Downgrade at the next billing month. No penalties.
What happens to unused included quotas?▾
Expire at the end of the month. No carryover.
What about packages I don't pick up?▾
Packages are stored for different durations depending on your plan. If you don't make a decision within that time, we return the package to the sender. Any shipping costs incurred will be charged with the next billing cycle.
How does mail forwarding work as a bulk forward?▾
With a bulk forward you combine several letters in one shipment: up to 10 in the Flex and Advanced plans, up to 25 in Premium. In the portal you choose which letters go along, whether that is just one or all of them. In the Business plan, the number of letters per bulk forward is unlimited.
