ProxyHub – Consumer Information and Withdrawal Instructions

1. Provider

2. Essential characteristics of the services
ProxyHub is a service for the receipt, capture, storage, digital provision, forwarding, return and destruction of letters and parcels.
Depending on the tariff and individual order, the following services in particular can be booked: provision of a receiving address, acceptance of letters and parcels, envelope scan or parcel photo, opening and scanning of letters, forwarding of letters, forwarding of parcels, destruction of letters, return of parcels, premium locations and other additional services according to the tariff.
3. Prices
The prices displayed in the respective tariff and in the price list apply, including value added tax. Postage, shipping costs, return costs and other third-party costs may apply additionally, insofar as this is displayed or agreed.
4. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when the customer creates a customer account, books a tariff or orders an individual service and the provider activates or performs the service. For chargeable services, the order is placed via the displayed booking or payment process.
5. Term and termination
Subscriptions run for the respective specified billing period and can be terminated in accordance with the tariff. A right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected.
6. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal in the case of distance contracts.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Hodlmayr GmbH, Höhenstr. 10, 70736 Fellbach, Germany, e-mail: support@proxyhub.space, by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this, although it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Note: Refunds for purchase-price payments made in Bitcoin (e.g. as a result of a withdrawal) are made exclusively in euros (EUR).
If you have requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to that point in time compared with the total scope of the services contractually provided for.

8. Early performance of services
The customer may expressly request that ProxyHub begin performing a chargeable service before expiry of the withdrawal period.
In the case of fully performed services, the right of withdrawal may lapse if the customer has expressly agreed that the provider may begin performance before expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed that they lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
